• Client: Any person or business that requests or purchases services from Bravo Moving.
• Visitor: Any person browsing this website without purchasing services.

All text, graphics, logos, images, videos, forms, and other materials on this website (“Content”) are for informational purposes only and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and use a single copy of materials for personal or legitimate business use, provided you do not modify them. Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional moving, legal, financial, or insurance advice. Bravo Moving disclaims liability for reliance on any content on this site.

6. User Submissions

Any content you submit (e.g., feedback, messages, reviews) is non-confidential and grants Bravo Moving a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content.

7. Mobile Data & SMS Consent

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt into receiving text messages from Bravo Moving (including via checking a consent box, submitting a form, or otherwise providing your number), you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages at that number from us and our designated authorized service providers for marketing or informational purposes.

We use the mobile number you provide for the purposes of:

• delivering text messages about moving services, updates, promotions, and relevant information;
• verifying your identity or registration; and
• analyzing and improving our SMS/text messaging services.

We may also collect metadata associated with your mobile communications, such as the date/time of opt‑in, the service provider, message delivery status, and device type, to ensure proper management of the SMS program.

Your data will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will not rent or sell your mobile number. We may share your mobile number and related metadata with trusted SMS/text service providers only as needed to operate the SMS program, and only with providers who agree to protect your data.

You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at (888) 503‑0990 or email info@bravo-moving.com.

After you opt out, we will send a confirmation message and then cease SMS communications to the number. Please note that you may still receive other communications from us (e.g., email, postal) unless you opt those out separately.

We will retain your mobile number and related consent metadata for as long as you are enrolled in our SMS program and as required by applicable laws and our business records policies.

If you change your mobile number or no longer wish to receive SMS, you agree to promptly notify us. We are not liable for messages sent to outdated or recycled numbers.

We reserve the right to modify this Mobile Data & SMS Consent section at any time; the updated version will be posted here and will be effective immediately upon posting.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Bravo Moving reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at any time. Refunds and cancellation terms are subject to separately provided service agreements.

9. Passwords and Account Security

If you create accounts or login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and for all activities under your account.

10. Third Party Links

This site may contain links to third-party websites. Bravo Moving does not endorse or control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bravo Moving, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
